I believe that I can help bring some roleplay to the table, due to an incident earlier today (8/31/2014) in which OTA s2ked without agreement or roleplay, resulting in a situation almost being voided.
Why should we accept your application(OOC Reason) : Because I am good at
OTA roleplay, and I can bring good roleplay to the table. I'm good at FPS so in an s2k situation, I believe I can act as an OTA would due to good aim.
What are your current whitelists? : One metropolice unit.
What does OTA stand for? : Overwatch Transhuman Arm

Do you have any past experience with the OTA faction? Provide evidence if so. : Yes, I have played OTA at least three times before. Twice in city RP (Catalyst gaming, one smaller community I can't remember the name of) and once in outlands RP (Old Adamant Gaming, 2013 or so.)
What roleplay do you seek within the OTA? : A different style of roleplay that you cannot find in MPF (unless you are extremely high rank) or citizen roleplay, one without any emotions.
When are you authorized to use your OTA character? : A judgement waiver, an autonomous waiver, or when High Command calls them.
When do you use FearRP as OTA? : Essentially never, the only time you would ever feel any manner of fear is if a grenade just landed at your feet, you would know to either get to cover or kick it away, the tiny fragment of fear making you react faster. Otherwise, you would feel absolutely no fear.
What would you do in the event of finding a citizen in a restricted sector during a Judgement Waiver? : Radio it in, and then amputate unless told by high command that the citizen was required for questioning/other.A citizen approaches you and asks you for directions, what do you do? : Ignore them.[/div]
The SeC sends you on a mission to attack a rebel base, you will most likely die, how do you RP that? : Go in fearlessly, I have no real sense of self-preservation, if it is good for the Union, it is good for me. I would, however, still proceed somewhat cautiously, because I would not want to throw away the Union's resources.
A low ranking MPF unit tries to give you orders when there are others online, how do you respond? : Ignore them, if they continue pestering me, tell them to get verification from a higher rank.

Please provide a 2 paragraph minimum backstory on why he is being altered. Was he a captured malignant, or a voluntary high ranking unit in the MPF?
Nika Orlov was a Russian anti-citizen, whom used brute force to take down MPF. He focused on lower ranks, aggressively grabbing them and pulling them into an out-of-sight area, before looting them. Nika never really harmed the units unless they were strong enough to pose a threat to him, he would simply hold them and search them, preventing them from using the radio, so as to avoid triggering their bio-signal. After the first couple of units he looted, he eventually gathered himself a small arsenal of a few pistols, each with a full mag.
He scrounged together a crew off the streets, and took to the alleys. He distributed the guns among the crew, and they started a manner of an uprising. Pulling the MPF into the alleys, killing them and looting them, fearless of the signal trigger. When more units came, instead of running off, they stood and fought. They took down multiple crews of MPF, until they started sending in OTA. When the OTA first showed up, him and his crew instantly launched into a retreat. Several of them were wounded whilst fleeing, the much more trained OTA managing to take down one of them entirely.
Despite the OTA wounding his crew, Nika Orlov did not slow his onslaught. The crew continued to terrorize the MPF, however at this point they had something to fear from the bio-signal being triggered. Whenever they had to kill a unit, they instantly fled, avoiding many more casualties from the OTA. One of the muggings, however, went wrong. It was all going as routine, take the unit, hold his arms, search him. But the unit had a secret up his sleeve; it was a sting. The unit was supposed to get mugged walking past the dark alleyway, his bio-signal being closely monitored for position. While the crew was midway through searching him, several OTA units sprinted into the alley, taking out the majority of the crew in one massive burst of pulse rounds. Nika waCrap the least of his crew, resorting to using them as his meat shields. In the aftermath, as Nika was lying, blood seeping from two bullet wounds in his thighs, the OTA walked over to him. An OWS picked him up and slung him over his shoulder, before carrying him back to the Nexus. After discovering that he was in fact the ringleader of the thug group, they decided he could be put to best use in the Overwatch Trans-Human Arm, an ironic end to his story.
