Just a note, Sneekr was nice enough to make some of these formats, and this is one of them. This is old and he created this when he was only a super-admin, so he might say some things that wouldn't make sense anymore.

• When your application is ACCEPTED, quietly contact a online council member with a link to your accepted application.
• If your application is PENDING you have a 3 day period to fix errors pointed out or it will be denied.
  
• If your application is DENIED then you must make a new application. It will only be denied for lack of format usage, or if you message a staff member to review your application twice.
  
• OTA is completely different from the CCA, you do not salute or anything of that nature, the only people who command you are your elites, CCA high command(To some degree), and the city administrator.
  
• OTA rarely speak at all, much less in complex sentences. If you must, make it only a couple of words. You don't shove citizens and tell them to move along, if you interact at all with them, most of the time you will be shooting them.
  
• OTA is only permitted to come on during Judgement Waivers, or when called online by the City Administrator, Sectorial Commander, Or another elite.
  
• You are programmed to follow protocol, and not to fear. Never use FearRP, and make sure to use dumbbed versions of woundRP.
  
• If you fail to follow protocol, you can't say "I didn't know". You are a malfunctional OTA unit, and as such your character will be decommissioned.
  
• You must be at least a normal unit in the CCA to have your OTA application accepted, you may post it but you will only gain your whitelist at that point.
  
• You should powergame slightly, as you have a clear advantage. You are augmented to all get out, and programmed not to fear.
  
• Do not take matters into your own hands. If you see a m1ng3, then contact a council member or disconnect if you have fear of m1ng3 death.
  
• If a citizen lays his hands on you, kill them. If they are in a restricted sector, kill them. Ect Ect.
  
• You never go through stages where you are nervous to speak, or uncertain. Your a killing machine, do your job.

  And finally, never roll to contact surrounding units. You have a visor, so you don't have to.
• One last thing, you take orders from the highest ranking MPF unit online lastly, unless it happens to be High Command. 1.High Command 2.Elites 3.Normal MPF units.
