- I highly suggest you read up on the CWU guides.
- If you bug a council member to read over your request it will be DENIED after the second offense.
- When a application is not approved, most of the time it will be PENDING until the errors are fixed.
- If you are accepted DO NOT ASK FOR PROMOTIONS, you will be dewhitelisted in the event of repetitively doing so.

- Try to address customers as "Sir/Ma'am", remember, your representing the CWU.
- If you lose your union card, contact a civil protection unit. If you were mugged you will be supplied with a new one. If you simply lost it, you will be beaten on the second offense lightly.
