I posted this for him since he had a bug on the forums where it wouldn't post. It deleted twice and he tried for 2 hours, so I just posted it for him by copy/pasting his app.

How long have you been with Borealis Gaming? : About 2 weeks-ish?, I only got social in the community very recently.
How long have you been roleplaying? : HL2rp for 3 years, and roleplaying as a whole for 12. I'm 24, so that says something.
Do you have any past experience with the Vortigaunt faction? : Over a dozen times. I've played an unknown amount of vortigaunts, and still do, over a plethora of still-active communities as well as dead ones.
Why do you want to be a vortigaunt? : I like the unique style of role-play that vortigaunts always bring. They provide new Passive RP opportunities, and much more. It also lets other members experience a new situation as well.
Why should we accept your application? : I'm not implying you SHOULD accept my application, only to consider me for the part. I believe that my extensive knowledge of role-play is enough to back up this application.
What kind of roleplay do you seek in the Vortigaunt faction? : The same type I've look for in every other community, serious role-play with a unique new twist. Which is something I believe only the vortigaunts can create.
What do you want to start as, runt, or enslaved vortigaunt? : Enslaved, please.
When are you allowed the use of Vorti-Beams?: Upon becoming an Elder.
What is a name Lambda members often use to shorten saying "Vortigaunt"? : After thorough examination of the game itself, it would seem that Lambda rebels and members alike often shorten the name to "Vort", or "Vorts". Are you mature, patient, and tend not to complain? : Yes, Yes, and Yes. 12 years of role-playing have pretty much taught me to act mature, be patient, and don't complain about the outcome of a situation unless there is something clearly wrong with it.
What happens if you do not follow proper format? : My application will be denied.
What happens if you shoot a m1ng3 to enforce the rules? : I face character ban and white-list removal. The situation should never, under any circumstances, be taken into my own hands. It should be reported to a council member immediately.
What is the best way to stop a m1ng3? : By contacting a council member/admin/moderator/operator/owner as soon as possible, so it can be dealt with accordingly. (IC PORTION) Please provide 3 examples of vortigaunt interaction between different factions.
(Civil Protection) *Eissi Lek'Cev hums silently as he brushes the concrete ground, kicking up dust and pebbles. C17.CCA.UNION-02.18956: You!, vortigaunt! *Eissi Lek'Cev turns, gripping the handle of the broom tightly. *C17.CCA.UNION-02.18956 points to a small pile of trash on the other side of the plaza. "Clean it up." Eissi Lek'Cev: Asss you wissshhhh. *Eissi Lek'Cev turns toward the trash pile, hurrying toward it, dragging his bucket behind him. *C17.CCA.UNION-02.18956 grunts, going back onto his patrol, keeping a keen eye on the vortigaunt. (Civilian) David Jones: Hey, let me help you! *David Jones rushes over, kneeling down to help the vortigaunt pick up the trash. Eissi Lek'Cev: Ahhhh, assistance would be most helpful. But not at this tiiimmme. They are watchiiinng. *Eissi Lek'Cev shoos the man away with his broom. *David Jones stands up, and starts to walk away when he spots an incoming scanner. (City Scanner) *C17.CCA.SCN.18395 hovers down, taking photos of the man walking away before flying in front of the vortigaunt. Eissi Lek'Cev: Another distractioooon, this City does not fail to supply them. *Eissi Lek'Cev lifts his trash bucket, dumping it into a nearby trash can. *C17.CCA.SCN.18395 swerves in front of the vortigaunt, snapping multiple photos before flying off. Eissi Lek'Cev: Of all the combine inventions...hmm..I hate the scanners the mosssst.
Backstory:
Eissi Lek’Cev, more commonly known as Eissi, is a vortigaunt in the middle stages of adulthood, about 30 years of age when compared to human lifespans. Eissi was a small child born into slavery at the hands of the Nihilanth, knowing only the cold shackles of hard labor and poverty in the pocket-dimension of Xen. From the very beginning Eissi’s mind was warped by the Nihilanth’s powerful abilities, unable to break free. Many years later an unknown rift opened, and he was amongst the many who were forced into swarming the Black Mesa Research Facility and slaughtering it’s staff. With the brainwashing strong in Eissi’s mind, he ruthlessy butchered scientests and guards alike, feeling no empathy as their terrified wails were met with swift deaths. Then something shifted. It was like a great lead blanket had been lifted from his chest and thrown away. Eissi Lek’Cev had felt the first waft of freedom, an opportunity he jumped on and rode to escape. The vortigaunt was not aware whether it was days or minutes before a great machine flew overhead and dropped a large pod in the direction of the facility, engulfing it in the purifying swath of nuclear fire.
Eissi could not keep track of the eternity spent wandering the desert, an alien without a purpose, without a home. However, it was not long before he came across a dusty road, and he set up camp in a hollowed out shed nearby. Believing it had been abandoned. Eissi was aware of the Combine invasion, news pouring in from the radio he’d managed to make work stashed in a cupboard within the shack he was hiding in. 7 Hours it had taken for Earth to fall, in the time since he’d fallen asleep and woken up the planet was already crippled. Months later a rebel squad making their way through the desert offered Eissi safe passage to the next city, which he gladly accepted. The humans shared tales of chivalry, honor and battle, ferocious fighting to uplift the Combine from Earth and earn back the right to their own lives. He, sadly, felt left out. Entire months were spent hiding away in that shack by the road, a recluse sheltered from the horror that life had become. The city was demeaning in appearance, locked down tighter than any military installation he’d ever seen or heard of. The rebels were able to sneak him past the defense, barely, and get him into the shadier side of the district. Claiming this was a proper spot, the rebels parted ways, promising to meet again one day. However, not all was peachy-keen. During a daring attempt to make it into the Slums, a stray checkpoint camera caught him and locked down. Units arrived moments later, taking him into custody of the Nexus. Now he lives in servitude to the MPF forces, a loyal slave to the end. If he were to ever be freed, however, he would immediately turn against them.
