They must be tied, searched, applied, and then put under unconsciousness. They also must have their datasheet filled out with their violation they committed. For each crime there is a level of it's violation. Each level of violation has different punishments. For citizens, they have a chance to make up those crimes by doing acts of loyalism to receive loyalist points. These points are also tracked on their datasheets. Units are also required to know how to properly write data sheet formats for citizens, and add criminal, or loyalist points. All information on levels of violations, loyalism, datasheets, contraband, and detainment process will be below.
Detainment Process1. Spot the citizen that is committing a violation.
2. Approach the citizen, and order him to face the wall. (Refusal will be acted upon with force)
3. After he has faced the wall, grab your standard issued ties to restraint his hands together.
4. Swiftly, but briefly frisk (Search) the citizen for any other contraband. (If found, add it along with his current crime)
5. Tell the citizen to apply, retrieving his full name and CID.
6. Add the datasheet format or use the existing one to properly fill it out accordingly.
7. Take our your standard issued stunstick, and knock out the citizen.
8. Pick him up over shoulder, and bring him to nexus.
9. Once at nexus, place him in a cell and let him do his time.
10. Once his time is finished, release him by knocking him out once more, then letting him go free before cutting his ties.
